RPM Outlet.com RPM Outlet and Customer Service don't mix Ripoff Stafford Texas

RPM Outlet has no customer service. I ordered an aftermarket exhaust that came with a chrome tip. The exhaust arrived without the chrome tip. I tried calling the "help desk" many times but the line was always busy. I then tried the live on-line chat and was able to get the tip shipped. A week later, the tip showed up but it was the wrong size. I then tried to call the help desk again and with a whole lot of luck, was able to talk to a gentleman by the name of George. He told me that the correct tip would be sent out no later than the following day. 1.5 weeks later, no tip and I am back on the phone trying to get through, no luck this time. I was able to talk to someone through the on-line chat and was told that there is no record of a new tip being sent and no notes on file that show i requested a new tip. I tried explaining my situation in greater detail with the on-line representitive, probably George, but kept getting booted off, probably George. I did the online return request but I have a feeling that it too will be hopeless. I got into a lenghty discussion with one of the sales representitives, who by the way will answer the phone everytime you call, about the help desk or the help desk manager. It is portrayed that there is a whole different department in this huge warehouse that is ran by a number of people to provide customer service. The conclusion is that George Is the "Help Desk" department.

Unbelieveable, these people, George and the "Help Desk", are really worthless when providing customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for aftermarket parts for their vehicles to stay far away from RPM Outlet. Just go to 'google' and type in RPM Outlet and read other stories from other customers with similar experiences. I really don't think my experience is unique.
