I ordered some msd coils for my 06 expedition. They came in a bag (all 8 floating around) and one of the plugs were broken. I contacted them and they gave me a return authorization and info to return the part for exchange. I sent the part and didn't hear from them for a number of weeks. i called and they said they never received it. Luckily I sent it back insured with a tracking number. post office said that it was refused at their location. It is sitting in huston post office.

I see now that they don't carry the msd coils any longer so I assume they didn't want to eat the cost. The post office has sent a form asking why they refused the package and so far nothing. It might take a little while but at least I will get money back from the post office.

Initially they seemed to be helpful and polite...the last time I called the girl was a little rude...but hey we all have bad days. My problem is they have done nothing to justify this. No contact back whatsoever. I think they just figure it will go away if they do nothing more. Poor customer service! They refused my return on sept 9, 2009 and haven't heard anything since. Regardless of low staff and amount of current business I think if they were at all reputable they would at least try to make right on this transaction.
