i first ordered parts for my 2007 silverado truck , good prices (so i thought) when they arrived inoticed they were not the correct parts. I started the return process, witch is done only by computer, left about four different e-mails then got a response. gave me an r.g.a. that you must have to make a return. paid 28.37 for return shipping that is to be refunded if the mistake is theirs finally two weeks later i call the help desk to find out what is going on the woman tells me they decided to credit my credit card because the parts i need cost more than the ones they sent.
I said that would be okay , just wanted tobe done with the whole thing. about one week later i logged onto my credit account online to find that they only credited me 145.47.
I then called again and was told that there was a 25 % restocking fee but the paper that they send with the order says the restocking fee isonly for certain items, witch i did not purchase. and there is a 38.00 dollar charge just to return an item that is not mentioned in any paperwork i received . so the bottom line is i spet 241.85 onthe order 28.37 on return shipping to be refunded only 145.47 That leaves a balace of 124.75 that they stole from me! Not to mention that this whole ordeal took over a month and caused great distress all because they made a mistake!
I urge everyone to steer clear of rpm outlet!
