i first ordered parts for my 2007 silverado truck , good prices (so i thought) when they arrived inoticed they were not the correct parts. I started the return process, witch is done only by computer, left about four different e-mails then got a response. gave me an r.g.a. that you must have to make a return. paid 28.37 for return shipping that is to be refunded if the mistake is theirs finally two weeks later i call the help desk to find out what is going on the woman tells me they decided to credit my credit card because the parts i need cost more than the ones they sent.

I said that would be okay , just wanted tobe done with the whole thing. about one week later i logged onto my credit account online to find that they only credited me 145.47.

I then called again and was told that there was a 25 % restocking fee but the paper that they send with the order says the restocking fee isonly for certain items, witch i did not purchase. and there is a 38.00 dollar charge just to return an item that is not mentioned in any paperwork i received . so the bottom line is i spet 241.85 onthe order 28.37 on return shipping to be refunded only 145.47 That leaves a balace of 124.75 that they stole from me! Not to mention that this whole ordeal took over a month and caused great distress all because they made a mistake!

I urge everyone to steer clear of rpm outlet!

We here at RPM Outlet work very hard to try and keep all items in stock and shipped to the customer in a timely manner. We also have a newly reconstructed customer service department ready to handle any issues that a customer may have. However, as found with all buisnesses, considering the high volume of orders coming in and going out, there is bound to be a few unsatisfied customers. We do strive for total customer satifaction, and work very hard to resolve any issues a customer may have. For every dissatisfied customer there are a thousand satisfied customers. Unfortunately, there are little or no forums or websites designed for people to post positive information. Don't take their word for it, come and find out for yourself how wonderful RPM Outlet is for your aftermarket performance car needs.

I posted a multi-paragraph rebuttal on another RPM Outlet posting. I ordered about $500.00 dollars worth of stock parts, nothing was in stock, was charged restock fees for items not in stock, charged shipping fees on stuff that never shipped, etc. Over 2 months later I finally got my money, less fees that should never been applied. I saved all the emails and bank info, so I have proof. Make no mistake - the alleged "employee" who posted earlier is going from complaint to complaint and posting the same thing under the title, "In response to the issue." If this doesn't show you how underhanded they are, I don't know what will. They won't even take the time to address the complaints against them!
