I ordered some parts from Rpm Outlet back in dec of 08. Still don't have anything yet. Try to contact them many times and no one got back with me. This place is really unreliable when it comes to customer service and fast shipping. They have many hidden fees for returning parts. And you WILL NOT get your money back. They will give you store credit and you will have to pay a restocking fee.

They don't want to help you. They just want your money. Look at this

The waiting times for calling about order info. 90mins to 6 hours waiting on the phone. Sounds ridiculous because it is. Looks like they got tired of people calling and yelling at them about their orders.

Next, heres one of the responses they have for everyone on here reporting them.....
We here at RPM Outlet work very hard to try and keep all items in stock and shipped to the customer in a timely manner. We also have a newly reconstructed customer service department ready to handle any issues that a customer may have. However, as found with all buisnesses, considering the high volume of orders coming in and going out, there is bound to be a few unsatisfied customers. We do strive for total customer satifaction, and work very hard to resolve any issues a customer may have. For every dissatisfied customer there are a thousand satisfied customers. Unfortunately, there are little or no forums or websites designed for people to post positive information. Don't take their word for it, come and find out for yourself how wonderful RPM Outlet is for your aftermarket performance car needs.

That is complete crap and lies. They have not helped me yet and they probably will not. But I really don't care anymore. I don't even have the car I ordered the parts for anymore. I do care about this happening to people with larger orders and alot more money invested. The bottom line is this place sucks. Please consider a different company to do business with.
