If I had only come to this site before I ordered from them!
I ordered a set of wheels on 02/08/08. I was told that they would arrive in 5-7 business days. I also specifically asked if they came with center caps and the response was yes.
On 02/14/08 I received a voice mail message describing that my wheels WITHOUT center caps had been shipped (just now). I immediately returned the call stating that they were to have center caps. I was told it would be taken care of. I also questioned why the order was just shipping. I was told the order would indeed arrive within the 5-7 business days of order as promised. Of course, this didn't happen.
On 02/22/08 I called asking where my wheels were. I was told that it would be checked on and that I would receive a call back that day. No call back.
On 02/25/08 I called asking where my wheels were and for a tracking number. I was told I would receive a call back. No call back. My husband called on the same day. He was told that the wheels were in TN, yet we still could not be provided with a tracking number. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
On today, 02/26/08, I called at 9:15 EST. I explained that I wanted a tracking number proving that the wheels had been shipped or my money back. I was told I would get a call back. I stated that if I had not received a return call by lunch, I would be calling again. It is now 11:43 EST. No call back. It is not that difficult to get a tracking number on an item if it has IN FACT BEEN SHIPPED.
This is what will happen...
I will
A. receive proof TODAY that my wheels have been shipped.
-or-
B. receive a FULL refund TODAY
-or-
C. contact the police department
The total cost charged was $550. Anything over $500 is a felony.
This is absolutely rediculous, and after reading all of the complaints on here, it is appauling that Thoroughbred Auto Parts is still in business.

After posting this on Tuesday of last week, I tried contacting the company 5 times on Tuesday afternoon. I could not even get someone to answer the phone. I also copied my report on here and emailed it to them. I took matters into my own hands. I called the bank and explained the situation. They immediately credited the money back to my account and will be dealing with Thoroughbred directly. The wheels finally arrived on Thursday (from two different places) in which the body shop refused them and they were returned to sender.
SO my wheels were in TN on Monday but they didn't arrive until Thursday? Yeah right. On Friday morning I received a call from John, the owner, wanting to take care of everything. He also emailed me this morning asking me to make a note on here that he did contact me. So here is my note. Yes, he contacted me. 4 DAYS AFTER I ASKED FOR A RESOLUTION. I simply wanted proof that my wheels had been shipped. After everything I read on here, and seeing that they had 9 complaints to the Better Business Bureau within the past 12 months, I had my doubts. A tracking number isn't something difficult to provide. My theory? My wheels were not shipped until I started raising hell. Regardless, the situation was not handled in any sort of business-like manner.
