Tornado fuel saver Auto Parts Network Don't stand by their word Internet

I purchased the Tornado for my SUV.  Their website told me which size to get for my particular SUV.  When i received the part it was exactly what they said it should be and exactly wrong.

After multiple emails to the company I realized they weren't even reading my emails by the "It's not our fault" response they were giving me.  So after a few phone calls and some fighting the agreed to refund me the entire amount including shipping and cover the return shipping cost.  I was reimbursed the purchase price but am out the shipping cost x2.  Apparently I should pay when I buy unit size "ABC" as per their instructions and I actually need unit size "DEF".

In my line of work If I make a mistake I incur the cost NOT the customer.  I've since bought a new Tornado from another company (I measured myself for the right size and researched which model number it was).  I just installed it.  Let's see now if it actually works and was worth all the trouble.
