Transplant Plus Transmissions ripoff charged for transmission I never received, would not let me cancel order Tempe Arizona

Ordered a transmission in December from this rippoff outfit. After not getting it in the promised amount of time, they couldn't actually tell me when it was shipped.
The trucking company lost the shipment after 13 calls from me trying to track it down, and Dustin at Transplant plus never attempted in any way to investigate, just give me a number to call.

After about 5-6 weeks I called and cancelled the order and ordered from another co. Transplant BILLED MY CREDIT CARD anyway. I called DUSTIN at transplant 3/9/04 and asked about the charge for a trans that I never got and he said QUOTE "we are shipping another" I told him that I cancelled the order in January and DID NOT WANT the trans, and he said QUOTE "that's to bad we are shipping it anyway because thats how we do business." I absolutely could not believe how he was talking or doing business

They (transplant) have filed a claim against the trucking company for $1990.00 after billing my credit card for $1590.00, evidently trying to get them to pay also which if they are responsible for losing it that is fair.

I called the Arizona Better Business Bureau and they told me that they have been BARRED For poor business practices. That should tell you something. Call them at 1-602-264-1721 and check this business out BEFORE you buy or sign anyting, PLEASE

The States Attorny's office is sending me a from to fill out to file a charge against them.

This outfit is a NIGHT MARE to do business with.
