Truck Add Ons Returned broken bed cover, Returns department will not return my calls. Lexington Kentucky

I ordered nerf bars and a bed cover. Nerf bars and undercover bed cover arrived at ESTES freight in Orlando, FL. The bed cover was broken so I refused the bed cover. I called RANDY in the returns department he sent an email with a form attached which authorized Truck Add Ons to charge me 20% restocking fee for the broken bed cover which was broken by ESTES freight. I attempted to call Randy three times so far and have not had the pleasure of his return call. I called Matt and he said that he would send another cover and that my credit card would be charged for another cover but I would be credited as soon as ESTES freight contacted them. So far no bed covers nor returned calls from RANDY in the returns. I will give them a few more days then protest the charge on my VISA.

Biggest gripe------- Returns do not return calls, ALWAYS get RANDY"S voice mail but never a return call.

First and last order from this place. I was warned before but I was impressed with their prices. I would rather pay a few more dollars at least I would be able to communicate with a person instead of constant voice mail.
