I ordered a brake master cylinder and a power booster assembly from your company in Oct 08, I remitted the funds via personal check, which was cashed on Nov 22nd 08. I spoke with George on Nov 24th and he assured me that the part was shipped. I called back on 26th and George told me it was shipped on 21st Nov and that I should have had it. I informed him that I didn't have it and he told me he would check on it. I called back on Nov 30 th and George informed me that the part was returned to his warehouse and that he would reship it to me.

I called and spoke with George three more times in December and each time he gave me an excuse and told me that I should have the part any day now. I spoke with George on Dec 22nd and informed him that I wanted a refund. In 02 Jan 09 I spoke with George and he informed me that the carrier had said that the part was delivered to me. I informed him that I had not received any thing from your company and asked for a tracking number. He told me that he was going to have the carrier investigate this so I informed him that I wanted a refund and that I didn't want the part.

I called on 12th Jan and George answered the phone, when I asked to speak to a manager he wouldn't let me instead he told me he was handling it. I have tried calling your company everyday for the past two weeks and left messages requesting that someone call me with a status but to date no one has returned my call. My advice, you really ought to discuss this with George and have him explain his non responsiveness

If you value your money, don't buy from these people, they are scammers. I have tried filing a complaint with the BBB but this company doesn't exist. I am going to the State Attorney General and I have filed a complaint with the USPS Inspector General
