VIP Auto Parts Fail to issue warranty because of nonexistant mechanical problems fraudulent ripoff business Gorham New Hampshire

I took my pickup truck in to have tires installed and a front end allignment done (as this is required for the tires to be warrentied). Once they had my truck in their garage, they came up with a list of repairs that needed to be done...They said that my ball joints needed to be replaced and numerous other things all to the tune of nearly $700.00 in addition to the tires and allignment that were nearly $400.00.

They said that if I didn't let them do all of this work that they were not going to warrenty the tires. I didn't have the money to have these repairs done so I said "then don't warrenty the tires". I subsequently took my truck to a (reputable) garage to have the ball joints checked out and they are tight, absolutly nothing wrong with them!! Needless to say I am extreemly upset.

I spend a fair amount of money at this store, or should I say used to spend money there. I will not be making any further purchases there and will make sure that anyone who asks me about where to get auto parts knows not to go there either!! I have had several problems with this VIP, this was the final straw. For them to tell me that repairs need to be done in order to get the warrenty on my tires is just one more way that these people get out of standing behind their products!!
