Westin Automotive Products Westin Tube Steps, No Warranty, No Customer Support, only lies. Their tube steps will rust out in under a month. St. James, Minnesota

I had 4wheel parts performance centers install a paid of chrome Westin tube steps on my truck.  In less than a month the chrome had rust spots all over it and its not just surface rust.  Cleaning and polishing made no difference. 

I contacted 4wheel parts and they said they only warranty their labor.  (Don't go to that place either!) So I contacted Westin and they said they would warranty them....when they had stock.  I have tried to contact Penny Naus at customer service many many times.  She is never available, never returns my phone calls or emails.  She said they would have stock within 3 weeks.  That was 2 months ago. 

This company obviously doesn't stand behind their products as I have now seen other rip-off reports about them.

Try another manufacturer.  ANY other manufacturer.
