In May of 2010 I rented a car form Alamo Rent a Car in Las Vegas at the air port. At the air port I used an automated check in device and was directed to a parking lot. This parking lot had rows of car in every class from small to large. A customer can pick any car from their row. In my row of cars I had to pick from, all the cars had some type of damage like dents and bad scratches.

I’ve rented lots of cars over the year and every time I would receive a yellow card with a picture of a car on it so I could mark off any damage I saw on the vehicle. Because I used the automated check in device I did not receive a little yellow damage report card. Now I’m receiving phone calls from Alamo Rent a Car saying that I’m responsible for all damage to the car.
