My friend responded to an ad on Swapalease for Ez Source Leasing to confirm the terms of a 36 month lease with specific payments and a down payment. When the lease arrived the terms were different, and the length of the lease was 63 months. She was told this was a "flex" lease and when she wanted to investigate was told they would cancel her contract and keep her money.

If you have had similar problems with Ez Source Leasing, I encourage you to contact the
Costa Mesa Police Department and the Better Business Bureau. The more complaints that
are filed the more likely action will be taken.

Response for Your friend in San Diego

AUTHOR: J. Anthony - Costa Mesa (U.S.A.)

Dear Dracula,

I call you dracula not only because your name resembles that of a blood sucking creature, your character does too.
To see how you abused the services of a small & upcoming business, such as a bully drop kicking a puppy.

Lets look at the run down shall we:

1. You called looking to lease a standard equiped Acura MDX

2. Your approved & so we fax you our preliminary lease order which details the vehicle equipment, the payment, itemization of your drive off cost & the term of the lease ( CLOSED END FOR A FLEXIBLE TERM OF 63 MONTHS ) it said it in BOLD BIG LETTERS!

3. We offered our service and delivered the vehicle to your home at no extra cost, on your schedule. and yes there was a $10 difference in the payment because we cannot anticipate added dealer cost, thats why the agreement you and I both signed says "APPROXIMATE" next to the payment. However seeing as that I am a nice guy and you seemed very nice as well I agreed to leave the vehicle with you over night and to bring you a new contract in the morning.

4. The next morning your questioning the fact that lease is 63 months and thats not what you agreed to, Hello McFly! your lease order form you signed read in bold black lettering said 63 Month Lease!!! How do you think I offered you such a LOW payment ya big dummy!

5. And yes I told you I would keep your service fee whether or not you kept the vehicle. Services have been rendered.

Where we are coming from,

We had spent hours on your deal negotiating with half a dozen dealers, searching for the car & working out the logistics to satisfy your needs, we also spent hundreds of dollars on drivers to drive back and forth between Orange County & San Diego with contracts and delivery of your vehicle on multiple occasions.

You financially hurt one of my well trusted Acura dealers that did nothing but help aquire the vehicle and bend over backwords to accomodate your every need by trying to wheezle your way out of paying your drive off cost to them of approx $2500 after I had refunded it to you and then finally having them settle for a lesser amount than what they were entitled too. An now ruining relations with every leasing company & that particular dealer.

Where we are going,

to court!
