When I made the reservation I was told they would pick me up and take me to the office to sign the papers.
After my car was in the shop, they called to say they could not come that far to pick me up.

I told them in the original call when I would be.

When I picked the car up,I ask about getting back b/cI could not dirive 2 cars.

I was told by Jay that 2 of them would come and pick the car up.

When I talked to them later, he denied saying that and said he must have been confused. Everytime I talked to them I told them where I was located and needed to be picked up
