Enterprise Car Rental ripoff Billerica Massachusetts

My daughter rented a car from enterprise car rental from july through october 2005. In which she had paid cash for I only gave them my credit cards because it's required to rent a vehicle. However they charged both of my amex card for these charges one they charged $2300.00 and my blue cash $2850.00 then they called my daughter and said she owed them another $500.00 because my cards declined. So unbeknonwst to me my husband gave her his visa card which they charged twice but I caught that and they only removed one of the $500.00 charges and they also charged my daughterts credit card $1500.00 the total comes to $7150.00 for two and a half months I want my money back plus interest for all my over the limit charges I will seek an attorney in this matter if need be
