my son rented a car at enterprise at north richland hills,tx for a week and added another week, we didn't purchase their insurance ( that's why) because we use our insurance, the car was used just to take him to work and back home, it's even parked inside the garage,.after his car was fixed, he returned the car in bedford,tx, .the agent looked around and inspect the vehicle, they go inside and gave my son a receipt, they even dropped him off to his workplace. then about after an hour, they called him ,telling him that there is a scratch on the roof, and their filing for damage. they send $639.00 bill for the scratch that we didn't do, homestly , if we have scratched the car, why would we deny it, it's just a plain " RIP OFF ".

OK, this is getting to be REALLY ridiculous. There have been SEVERAL complaints during the past few weeks against Enterprise from all over the country concerning this EXACT same "scratch" suddenly "appearing" on the roof of a returned rental car. WHAT is going on with Enterprise ??? This can't possibly be a coincidence. Yes, you and your son were most definitely scammed by Enterprise, and yours is not the only suspicious case that has been reported here on RoR. Not only are there HUNDREDS of reports on here concerning Enterprise's scams, with WAY TOO MANY of them being EXACTLY the same as yours, but there are more than 1,500,00 complaints that have been filed all over the internet. Please, Please, PLEASE retain an attorney and SUE their criminal butts for every penny they have scammed from the American public. This is such an obvious scam of such monstrous proportions, that I'm very surprised to see that there is not yet a multitude of lawsuits already being filed.
Now, I wonder exactly WHAT will be Enterprise's response to this......Let's just see if their lackey, Genelle, actually has the "balls" to attempt an answer. Or, will we only receive another "canned" response from the Enterprise computer.
How about it, Genelle, would you care to explain how so many cars suddenly developed a mysterious "scratch" on the roof ??? And the other cars, which suddenly developed a mysterious scratch elsewhere ( usually on the front or rear bumpers ), how about THEM ??? And, of course, NONE of these mysterious scratches "appeared" at the time of the official check-in, but rather seemingly, mysteriously "appeared" hours, or even DAYS after the return of the rental car ????? Explain THAT, if you can, Genelle !!

Diogenese, I'm betting "Genelle" won't say anything. This company needs to be shut down NOW. For some reason I haven't seen any of their commercials on tv lately. Wonder why?

After so many days of explaining to them what happened, they finally close their claim.
