Josh contacted me.  He said he would get 6 months in advance payments from the driver, he would take over payments regardless and I would have GPS on the car.  None of this happened.  August 2010 he made 2 payments.  He have had to call and threaten him monthly, he stopped making payments December 2010.  I am now over 3 months behind on payments, the registration has not been paid, there are parking tickets associated with the car, I have no paperwork or information on the driver.  I have contacted huntington beach police where the tickets are coming from.  Josh's number is disconnected and he will not return my emails.  Please help.

My 2010 BMW M3 is floating around somewhere in L.A. it is being "leased" by an individual that was making payments until 2 months ago.  I have his partial real information and a phone number, he apparently has contact with Joshua Burns.
