Saban's Rent A Car ripoff, rude, shady, dishonest Phoenix Arizona

Sababs rent a car will try to rip u off. We recently rented a car from them for 250$ for a week plus a 300$ deposit. They told us we would get the deposit back but when my roommate returned the car there were 550$ in fees. Now they say we owe 250$ and we dont get the deposit back.

They will not explain what the fees are for and took my copy of the contract from my roommate when she returned the car.They wont give back or even let me see the contract and if I call and ask they say "you better come pay us" and hang up. They are a very shady, dishonest company. The customer service is very bad, they are rude and anger easily.

If you are thinking of getting a car from them dont. Check them out on the better business burea website. bbb.com Theres obviosly a reason they refuse to even talk to the bbb as it will say if u look it up. Dont get ripped of like I did.
