24-7 Auto Glass DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE Tempe, Arizona

I had 24-7 auto glass come and replace my windshield via a $50 cash back promotion they were advertising.  The appointment was set up through Dean and Katie from 24-7, and American Family Insurance.  The repair was completed through another glass company called Inspire glass who showed up in an unmarked and beat up black van.  The windshield was installed by two men in street clothing.  Hopefully, they did a proper job? 

My main complaint and the reason I would highly recommend NOT using 24-7, is that they did not honor their $50 rebate.  After weeks of unanswered phone calls and a major run around by Katie and the owner Lance Pittman, who seem to be their only 2 employees- I was informed that I had signed a contract that did not state that I was entitled to any rebate or refund.  Case closed. 

In retrospect I guess I was to blame.  I should have made sure the contract indeed stated what they had verbally advertised.  This is a very dishonest way to conduct business in my opinion.  I hope the windshield repacement holds up because I couldn't imagine having to deal with a warrantee issue. Total Rip-Off!
