Aaron's Transmission Service If you want your car fixed, don't take it there. I took my car there 5 times and they still didn't get it fixed right. Dallas Texas

I first took my 1995 Mitsubishi Diamante to Aaron's on 8/14/07 to have the transmission repaired. My transmission went out and I was unable to drive it. When I picked up my car on 9/1/07 I had problems with it. I had to drive it like it was a manual transmission and it is an automatic transmission. I had to keep my foot on the gas to keep the engine going. I took the car back on (2) 9/10/07 and they connected the vacuum hoses that they didn't connect. I picked it back up on 10/1/07. (3) I took my car back on 10/2/07 because my car would jerk when the transmission would get around 20 mph and after I would slow down to stop. I don't recall the exact date I picked up the car on this particular incident. (4) I took my car back on 12/3/07 because it was still jerking when the transmission got in second gear and when I was slowing down to stop. I picked up the car on 1/11/08. (5) I took my car back on 2/4/08 because the second gear went completly out. I informed them that they had 30 days to fix it or I need my money back. I got my car back on 3/28/08. (6) On 4/14/08 my second gear went out again. Aaron's Transmission Service actually gave me $500.00 of a $900.00 refund due to me on 5/27/08. I've called repeatedly for the past several months for the remaining $400.00. Every time I call, I hear some excuse as to why they don't have the rest of my refund. I've filled two complaints with the Better Business Bureau. My next step is taking Aaron's Transmission Service to small claims court.
