All Tune And Lube Broke Part and Now won't fix it without charging me!! Pasadena Maryland

Took my car to get back brakes, they allready fixed the front by the way still squeek terribly. Problem started when they were fixing brakes they called and told me I needed a power steering flush, so I said okay. The day after I picked up the car I noticed puddles on the ground, and heard noise coming from the power steering. I checked and saw there was no power steering fluid in the resovior. Went and put fluid in, and noticed it was still leaking, called Ed and he told me to bring the van in. I had to wait until a day that I could bring the car in which was almost a month later I must admit, and was now was told it was nothing they did but the seal inside the power steering and of course it wasn't there fault. My van has only 66,000 miles, and has never had one leak anywhere until they did the flush. Called Lee and he starts yelling at me on the phone that I was trying to accuse him of messing up my car, and he hung up on me 3 times. Needless to say I have been a loyal customer with them and for them to treat a customer in such a fashion is inexcusable. I know they messed up my car when they vacuumed the fluid out and was told by another mechanic that if flushed incorrectly the seals could be broken. I will take them to court, because this is there fault and they should have it replaced. Will never use them again

They are honorable people who fixed problem after misunderstanding

You sometimes do things that you really feel bad about. And that was happened in this situation. I wrote the article, and once the owner Ed who was out of town when I returned my car was not there, when he returned he found out what had happened and immediatly repaired my car without charging me. How many companies would do that!! Thank you for everything

So, what you are saying is that you should expect to be ripped off and be yelled at by the employees, unless Ed is there? Doesn't sound so great to me.
