All Tune And Lube Charging for services not done or incomplete Troy Michigan

After two months of repairs done to my daughters 2000 Alero, including an engine replaced and on May 12 the tie rods were to have been replaced on June 29 she blew out a front tire and after examination we were able to determine that in fact the tie rods were NOT replaced, they agreed to make the repair for no charge and of course she now needed tires.

After discussing what kind of compensation was to be made since the original tie rod repair had not been made, an agreed upon price was come to to in fact replace all four tires. She picked up the car on Saturday July 12 after hours and has now discovered that in fact they only replaced the two front tires. They were more than happy to take my money for the four tires and I am still chasing them about the vehicle that after this period of time should be complete of the requested repairs.

I am uncertain how a company can continue to operate while screwing over the customer and will certainly continue my quest to make it know I wouldn't take a dead dog in need of repair anywhere near this place.
