This place used to be the best. New manager came in and has upset many customers (former customers now).

I do not want to get too detailed (he'll know who I am if I do), I will give a quick overview. you can decided for yourself if you want to take this note to heart.

The new manager called to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work done (I went in for a simple oil change). Rather than just agree to it on the phone, I said I would take my car into the manufacturer's garage for the work since it was still under warranty for many items. He got livid that I would take car to him for oil change but not bigger items. So he tells me to take my car to them for everything. That's rude, but fine.

But when I go to pick up my car, I'm charged far more than I've ever been charged before for an oil change -- and the next week, when my car is taken to dealer for work, they ask if I need an oil change. I say I don't think so, I just had one. The guy at dealer says he doesn't think I have.

I hate that America's Service Station in Norcross has become what it has. It really used to be a great place. But it's not anymore, and "caveat emptor", don't say you weren't warned if you step foot there.
