Best Auto Best Auto Specialist, Inc. Bogus Warrantyandlousy work Ripped off in Vegas but not on the tables Las Vegas Nevada

Myself and family were traveling to California from Utah, when our transmission failed. Needing to get the vehicle in the shop we called 3 transmission shops and came across Best Auto Specialist. The person on the other end of the phone was very polite and willing to help and promised he would have us on the road in 48hrs.

fter talking to AAMCO they could not get us in for 3 days and would need my Tahoe for an additional 48 hrs. We chose Best Auto Specialist, a decision I regret to this day. We rented a vehicle and went on our way to enjoy our vacation at Newport Beach.

We called Best Auto Specialist 48hrs later and were told the Tahoe would not be completed for 2 more days. Being the good sports we were we continued our vacation until Thursday and then made the trip to drop off the rental and pay Best Auto Specialist almost $2,000.00 for the repairs and a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty.

After returning to Newport Beach for 2 days of vacation we started back home to Utah. When we reached Nephi Utah (50 miles from home)a large splatter of Transmission fluid shot up on the back window and our first thought was not again. We reached home and called Best Auto Specialist and were told that was just the over-spill and it was nothing to worry about.

About 1 week later we were headed to Yuba Lake and again a large amount of over-spill hit the back window, this after driving 35 miles. I decided to take the Tahoe to a shop were I was told the Transmission had blown again. This technician was very responsive and told me he would fix it and contact Best Auto Specialist for reimbursement.

After he looked at my warranty and called Best Auto Specialist he was told they would not pay for repairs but he could remove it and ship it to them for repairs. This I was never told, I was without transportation for 2 weeks this time. Now today 11 months later my transmission has blown again now Best Auto Specialist asked me for the warranty the receipt and orginal work order or they will not fix the transmission again. After only using the Tahoe for 17,000 of the 24,000 miles. Stay away for Best Auto Specialist.
