Big Daddy's Car Company Big Daddy's Car Company Sold me a bullshit ass car and have bad Customer service Dallas Texas

I bought a car from Big Daddy's Car Company on March 3, 2011. With in the Two days i had the car, car was over heating,was in need of new brakes, only one window opens the other three dont, when i turn on car it makes a knocking noise which sometime dont  turn on the car. I reported this to them on the second day March 5,2011. They told me they were going to make a work order  and for me to bring the car in. Well i pay my first payment already and turn in the car so they can  get to work on it . Now they telling me that they r not gonna be able to fix some of the problem that i would have to pay out of my pocket for them to fix it plus labor when i was promise they where going  to fix it. I  told them that either they fix my car and give it back to me like what they where suppose to in the first place or give me another car that in better condition.  They told me they couldnt transfer the money i gave down on the down payment that in order to get another car i had to pay another downpayment this is only two day after I had the car. All I want is to have a win win situtition here win all they trying to do is ripp me off my money and and have it be a win lose situtition they are not trying to work with me here. I told them I wasnt going to bepaying on a car that is already giving a problem not even two after im trying to buy the car. Plus the car is not worth what they selling my for they are high pricing almost 8,000 for a 1999 buick century that have over 120,000 miles.
