Bob's Service Center did not replace parts, overcharged, theft, storage fee, abused car Jackson, Ohio

 I took my car to this garage on Dec 27 to get the fuel pressure regulator changed.They said they changed it and the fuel injector. I told them to save the parts as I wanted to see them. The only part I got back was the injector.

They charged me $400 on the 8th of January and said it was fixed.I picked it up and drove 3 miles before it broke down with the same symptoms as before. They towed it back to garage and said it was ecm and that it would be another $362 to fix that part.

I was told on Jan 20th  it would be a week before the car would be fixed. I told them it would be the 3rd of Feb before I could pick it up. They then called me on the next day and told me they were gonna charge me $25 a day storage.

I went on the 25th to get a personal item out of car and it was sitting outside with the hood up, battery charger hooked to it, flat tire, AND the engine compartment was soaking wet were they had left it out in the rain.

At this point they tried to say it was only like that for a couple hours, then the receptionist suggested if I didn't want the car I could turn the title over to them.So in order for me to get the car back (and I was told they couldn't garauntee that it was fixed)I will have to pay close to $1000.

Run from this garage. They have cheated so many people I wonder how they stay in business.
