WON BID ON E-BAY AND BOUGHT CAR COVER WITH A MONEY BACK PROMISE IF NOT SATISFIED. COVER DID NOT FIT CAR. SENT COVER BACK UPS COVER RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR NEVER RECEIVED REFUND.

TRIED TO CALL COMPANY 1-714-269-5477 ALEX KIM OWNER/OPERATOR NEVER RETURNED CALLS. NOTIFIED E-BAY BY E-MAIL DID NOTHING TO HELP COULD NOT FIND PHONE NUMBER FOR E-BAY TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. WROTE LETTER TO CAL AUTO CLUB NO RESPONCE.

CALLED CALIFORNIA POLICE DEPARMENT FOR THAT AREA TO REPORT FRAUD TOLD THEY WOULD CALL BACK NEVER DID. CHECKED FEEDBACK ON E-BAY HAD LOTS OF COMPLAINTS FILED. CANNOT SEEN TO TRACK DOWN CHANGED ALL PREVIOUS INFORMATION THAT WAS AVAILABLE GOT BEAT FOR $54.60
