Charlie Reeves and Stacia Smith are the biggest con artists in Garland, maybe Texas, they are running a car theft ring right under the Garland P.D. nose. Charlie Reeves is a snake, he is a down right Criminal gangsta. He would steal from his momma and I am sure he has, what a slimey dog he is, to rip people off of their livelyhood which is their car and he claims to be a servant of God, one day he will be struck down and will be punished in a way that will be more than what he bargained for.
