When it comes to service we face customers that sometimes are in a bit of jam because of unexpected issues that come about. When we are faced with a customer that has one of these issues we stride to rectify the problem using the most cost effective solution. Sometimes when the mechanic actually starts to fix the issue they will notice other items that could also be responsible for the issue or contributing to it that need to be fixed to call the job completed or a successful fix. Their job is to make sure they fix the problem and also point out any parts that look faulty so the owner of that vehicle is aware of what they may expect in the near future. If their is a rare case of not reaching someone's expectations we have an open door policy and urge customers to voice their concerns directly to a staffing manager to make sure it is taken care of promptly.
Our goal here is simple, to exceed customers expectations and to delivery customer service that sets bar anywhere else.
