I would like to complaint about a car dealer whose name City Auto Repair (Kirkor Jourbanian) . Who actually fixed my car for worse! I brought the car for the first time to him On June 2007. He said that, he is going to fix it for $575 for rack and pinion and + $80 for the passenger side door lock in my car..

I left the car and he said that come and get it in two days. I came back 2 days later, my car engine sounded worse than ever. He took out every piece in the engine and did not put it back properly. Meantime, he inconvenienced me asking me to bring my car back and forward in order to repair what he has done wrong with my car.

He forgot a small metal piece in my engine and it rolled back and forward thru out my car. He damaged my car handle from inside. He also damaged the paint around the door handle outside of the passenger door. He broke my alarm box in my key chain. Supposedly, he installed the rack and pinion to my car. It had continued to leak.

I brought it back and Mr. Jourbanian promised to fix the defective part, for the 2nd time... He stated that, he put another one, but he did not. Nevertheless car had continued to have the oil leak. After all, I had to pay someone else to take care of it. So after all, he ripped me off $655 dollars. If you are around the neighborhood of Pompano Beach please and please do not take your car to him. In my opinion, Mr. Jourbanian is a crook and he pretends to do the job and lies all the time.
