Coyle Chevrolet Service Contract New Albany, Indiana

On 09/2008 I signed a contract with these people, usually I read all before I sign anything and I though I had done so with these people. Wrong I read every were but were I was suppose to on the contract, right there under my nose, on the front it gave me a “Service Contract” and amount.

A new auto. has a warranty to cover the expected life of the auto. right and it does! Fighting a stop gap insurance co. after a total loss of the car. I took another look at the contract. Well what do you know I paid out another $1800.00 for a “service contract“. I called the dealer ship and ask why I would pay out this money for an auto. that is under full warranty. Well like all good sales people, I did not get a straight answer. Buyer beware it is right under your nose. When you go to buy a car that has a warranty, and a “service contract” amount attached to the contract you are about to sign. Ask them why am I buying this “service contract” I hope you get a straight answer because I sure didn’t. I also ask to see a service contract and what it covered, response I would have to see the original contract. (Q) Can you explain to me what does a “service contract” cover beyond a warranty. Once again I would have to see the original contract. Save your money usually you will trade the auto. off before the warranty expires.
