Dependable Locks, Inc. - 1 2 3 24 Hour A Locksmith Locksmiths Charged and paid for a new ignition. Ignition did not work tech said they would refund my money. Clearwater, Florida

On 10/19/09 called Dependable Locks, Inc to fix a locked ignition.  The ignition would not turn.  Tech came and said I needed a new ignition, he said he installed a new ignition. 

The car worked for two days and then the ignition locked up again.  Tech was called and he came out to repair ignition again.  After working part of the day, he said he could not repair the ignition.

He told me to call the company and they would refund $300.00 dollars that I had paid.  I have been calling and faxing the form they said I needed.

Now all I get is that the manager is out...the supervisor in busy...the fax number no longer works.  And I am constantly put on hold.  They do not intend to refund my money.
