Well its Augest 18 2010 and almost 2 weeks ago Interstate Mitsubishi had called the police and told them that my mother had abandend her car there and that she needed to pick it up. The police officer was told that the engine was in the car. She had it towed to her home for another expence of her own. When I got there and looked at it there was no engine, no transmission, battery, all kinds of parts were missing. Another inconvience... yet again.
I called Interstate Mitsubishi and talked to Joe Bizzaro and he said he would find out where these parts are.
He had called me back and we discussed how to get this resolved. He told me that he had told the insurance company that he had recomended some work that the insurance company denied. I talked to the insurance company and they told me to have him get in touch with them. I called and left a message because I was told he was in a meeting.... He called me later that night and left a message on my phone that he would be out of town for the next few days. I called today and talked to him and he told me that he had called state farm and left a message for someone. I called state farm right after I spoke with Joe Bizzaro and they told me that nobody from insterstate mitsubish has called there. They told me that there would of been no reason for him to leave a message because there is hundreds of agents available to talk to him when he would have called and that he was probably just trying to drag this out longer.
I also paid for an ASE Certified Tech/ASE Master Tech to listen to the problem I have all the information that was stated to my mother on a paper they had sent her and he said "
" Ok this is all the dealers fault from the beginning. They should have diagnosed it correctly. Have you contacted the insurance company again? They most likley left a socket in there when doing the work or did not tighten somthing or left something loose or the timing was off. It is there fault and you should not pay. You will win in court so hold your ground. Hope this helped. "
Ok so everyone ( attorney generals office, insurance company, master techninians, and even the original mechanic that stated that the only possibilty was that this happend because of the original work) that I talk to says they are responsable. I will now put some pics up of the car that has an engine in it ! lol no not really theres no engine or nothing. Evidence? I dont know... and I will be putting this up on facebook, myspace, and even a video on youtube on here in the next couple days because this is totally unexceptable and nobody should have to go threw this.
