Vacaville's dirtbag auto mechanic, Jim Weins, took over five thousand dollars from me and never properly fixed my car. The issue has been going on for over 12 months. He made promise after promise to fix the car correctly and to date the car still is not fixed. The workmanship is shoddy at best and his mechanics (I suspect) are high on methamphetamine. There is a complete lack of customer service and when I finally got upset with Mr. Weins he simply looked at me and said "what are you going to do about it?" I cannot believe that this guy is still in business and that the state of CA has not shut him down. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESE GUYS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Jacob’s Auto Body has been in business since 1996. Our business has grown exponentially due to the overwhelming support of hundreds of repeat customers every year. Our technicians are subject to random drug testing since the safe repair of vehicles is our business. We make sure that drugs do not hinder the integrity of our business or the work that we do.
Jacob's Auto Body is not a "mechanic" shop. We are an automotive “collision” repair facility, and there are huge differences between the two that the anonymous author should be aware of. Here at Jacob’s Auto Body, we invite anyone to visit our facility to see how we do business. We guarantee that you will see a completely different entity than the one this disgruntled author is slanderously portraying.

THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD!!
I've lived in vacaville for 35 years and have used jacobs auto body 3 times since the late 90's. NOT once have I had a problem and neither my friends!!
Your comments are vindictive and unjust and frankly, you're the one who's sounds like you're on drugs!
jim weins is a good businessman and run a clean shop.
