First and foremost, if you had a problem with my shop, I apologize for any inconvenience that you might have experienced. It is our goal to make sure that all customers are treated fairly and that repairs are completed right the first time and that if there is a problem we address the problem quickly.
I am not sure that you reported this problem correctly. There would be no increase in price from the time that you were given an estimate to the time the vehicle was ready for delivery. We require that all customers sign a final estimate before repairs are completed.
Additionally, you mentioned me directly in your statement. To be perfectly honest, I very seldom deal with customers directly. If there was a concern with one of my employees, I certainly wish that there was another way to identify you as the dollar amounts listed in your statement do not match anything in our database. I can not locate a repair order with the dollar amounts.
