I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube a few months ago. They decided to top off all fluids (which they hype up as customer service), including putting some foreign type of oil in my master cylinder and effectively destroying my clutch and hydralic system. Both my mechanic and myself can't figure out a way to hold Jiffy Lube liable. I just replaced the clutch in my car last year. I have less than 8,000 miles on the clutch. I am beyond upset and mad! I want them (Jiffy Lube) to replace my clutch and hydralic system.
 
First I tried talking to them. They insisted they topped off all fluids but couldn't tell me which ones, they said it was the basics. They basically played dumb, which wasn't too far of a stretch for them. I have now begun my barrage of emails and information gathering to get this resolved.
 
I don't make a lot of money, this car is my sole means of transportation. Given the economy, I can't afford another car or even another $900 clutch!
