Just Brakes Deception, Dishonesty, and Price Gouging Conyers, Georgia

I left the store before your company could steal and take advantage of me, but other people at the Conyers location were not as fortunate.  The Store Manager John Thomas is a thief who needs to be fired or go to jail for Deception, dishonesty, and price gouging.

 I have filed a complaint with Mr. Bob Marshall, but as I have read on http://www.ripoffreport.com he is aware of this problem and doesn’t care that his company deceives, and are dishonest to customers. I have also posted my unfortunate experience on “ripoffreport.com” and will be getting in touch with my states Attorney General’s Office, Atlanta Journal Constitution and news media. I will be getting the word out,  People must be aware and warned about the deception, and dishonesty at” Just Brakes”  and close down this company.

 As I have read hundreds of reports on “ripoffreport.com” Just Brakes has been investigated in the past

by the Attorney General’s Office in many states and several Consumer Affair originations as well, and a class action law suit is being organized as we speak. I read one report that states Just Brakes never did complete a brake service the customer paid for resulting in brake failure and causing an accident where the person was hospitalized. Other cases reported several accidents caused by the brake retaining pins not being installed properly causing the pad to pop off when the brakes were applied to stop.  On one report a customer was so upset about his wife being over charged he called and confronted the Store Manager about the charges, the Store Manager told her husband  there is no such thing as a $99.00 brake service, If there was then Just Brakes would go out of business. We usually find other problems as well……., and under his breath the Manager said faintly “Or we make them up!”, and someone in the office in the back ground said, “You got that sh*t right, Hell yeha we do!”  As the Manager ended the conversation, he stated If you have a problem please call the 1-800 number on your receipt, and then store Manager went to hang up the phone in the background under his breath he calls her husband a “Dumb A** Idiot!”  

There are no reasons why customers should be treated like this, “Just Brakes” need to be shutdown.
