I took my vehicle to Just Brakes of Highlands Ranch, CO. The front tow hooks were broken off and I was not told of this until I discovered the problem. They admitted to breaking them.

It has taken me 10 days and 4 hours of lost work time to get a response from corporate.

They are paying for the repair but are unwilling to make any type of good will gesture. The brakes still make noise when stopping. They have offered to work on them more but would you let them touch your vehicle again? I wouldn't!

So now I have to take it to another place where I can feel there is chance of getting them fixed correctly without having damage done.
