auto theft Matt's Precision Automotive Euclid, Ohio

My car was being worked on at Matt's Precision Automotive and on
february 2,1999 it was stolen from the shops parking area. Matt's shop is located no way near any main streets or intersections.

As a matter of fact it is situated 50 yards? from the street. there was no sign of force entry but the column was peeled.

There was $1600.00 worth of stero equipment riped out and takened from my car. A police report was made and a list of equipment was put on the report. I filed a small claims report with the city of Euclid and lost because the courts said i did not prove where Matt was neglegent.

I only had a few days to appeal in regards to Ohio Revised Code-Section 6775.07.
NO JUSTICE HERE!
