Meineke 4047 Sold me 2 used tired tires that were worse than the originals replaced. Refused to refund money even though tires only lasted me a couple of hours. Riverside California

I was sold 2 used tires on April 9th at the Meikeke 4047 location at 5500 Van Buren Ave. Riverside, CA 92503. Today, April 10th, the tires had deflated. I went back to the location but I was refused a refund. After a long while trying to resolve the issue, they had agreed to sell me 4 tires for a total of $280. It was agreed, however I was ignored. After waiting at least 20 minutes, I had left without a single issue being resolved. This is the single handedly worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
I came to the location with the intention of getting 4 new Michelin tires. However, I was then offered 2 used tires for $50. This had quickly turned into me "needing" 1 F/Pad, 2 new rotors (questionable if they are new), 1 B/Flush, 1 R/Shoe, and labor turn drums.
Also considering that the Used tires (After they had already been installed) looked to be cracked and in worse condition than the tires that were replaced. If their intention really was to "fix" my car, Why would they sell me tires that were potentially dangerous? After looking at the job that the did (labor turning drums for new rotors, unnecessary) I'm questioning if this is an honest location.

Meineke does not stock used tires. You went there looking for them, and they obliged you by digging through their pile out back. If you wanted new, you would have bought new.
If you want a steak, are you going to be served a hamburger?
"I came to the location with the intention of getting 4 new Michelin tires."
Yep. You went there with the intention of purchasing one of the most expensive lines of tires, but left with someone else's garbage instead. I believe you, but I also believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
"After a long while trying to resolve the issue, they had agreed to sell me 4 tires for a total of $280. It was agreed, however I was ignored."
First, you couldn't have bought 4 new Michelins for $280, so that means you were almost willing to buy new tires as long as the price was CHEAP.
Second, it is painfully obvious the only person who thought the issue(you demanding used tires because new ones are not CHEAP) was resolved, was you. They knew they provided you with exactly what you wanted...CHEAP tires. Seriously, I don't even know of a Meineke that sells Michelins. The Corporate office got them all a great deal on Mastercraft tires.
Your story does not wash very well.

After having a bad experience with this location, mostly because of one rude employee who claims to be the owner, Joseph. I started reading reviews on this place. Regarding this particular complaint I could see the person from the company who wrote this response is probably Mr. Joseph himself. That was a horrible way to handle this situation, and now it's on the Internet for the world to read.
Regardless of this customers complaint being true or not, attacking him the way that you did only showed your lack of customer service skills and ability to handle these situations.
Also, I just want to add that he is one of those stereotypical guys that you hear about at little car places, if you are a woman he will treat you like your stupid and will try to take advantage of you.
