Mercedes Benz Financial Scam! Unprofessional liars! They claimed my rims and tires needed repairs, returned my car without them, and it's been a year and have yet to receive them back! Encino, California

Mercedes Benz Encino is a rip off! They are unprofessional and employ liars! When I first purchased my car, I paid over $12,500.00  extra to Mercedes Benz for custom rims and tires. I brought my car in for service and to have my tires checked. They claimed that my tires and rims needed repairs to be done to them. When my car was ready for pick up, they have placed loaner tires and rims on my car, these were far worse than the rims and tires I paid more money for. I immediately informed the dealership of this issue. When I kept getting the run around, I went to the the dealership and asked to speak with the General Manager Paul Tanner, who was the representative at Mercedes Benz Enicno that assisted me in the repairs of my rims and tires. I was advised that Paul Tanner  had been fired.and was put under investigtion for fraud and stealing. As I insisted on getting back my rims and tires back, that rightfully belong to me from the dealership, they continued to give me the run around, and bounced me back from one department to another. A lot of Service Directors have also been fired because of the same reason. It has been over a year and I have yet to receive the rims and tires back from the service department that I paid for! I will never purchase  vehicle from Mercedes Benz Encino again. They are unprofessional and lack customer service.
