Midas Columbus, IN FAULTY CAR REPAIR Columbus, Indiana

Took my daughters car to the Midas in Columbus Indiana because of an overheating issure and was diagnoised with a faulty thermostat. Told them to go ahead and replace it. While there they of course came up with several more things that they felt needed to be done but opted to only have the thermostat replaced. This was on a Saturday. Dorve the car home to North Vernon and didn't use it at all on Sunday. When she drove it to work on Monday there was steam coming out from under the hood. Found out there was a leak due to Midas not using a new seal when they replaced the thermostat. On top of the repairs to Midas we had to pay an additonal repair in North Vernon to fix the problem Midas created. Contacted Midas about a partial refund and after the manager, Brian, who was a jerk said he would present it to corp and they came back a few days later refusing to refund the money. I then called their corp office in Indianapolis and left a message. That was a week ago and have not heard back from them. Do not go here. Shoddy repairs, gets mad if you won't do everything they suggested and doe no stand behind their work.
