I have a 2005 Mitusbishi Galant and the oil pump went and it messed up my motor and the car is under warranty. Mitsubishi is making me fish out copies of old oil change receipts from my mechanic before they fix it. My car has been sitting there for almost a week now. My mechanic will be able to get me the copies, but I cant ask him to spend his day fishing through his files when he has work to do so everything is being delayed because of Mitsubishi Motors and Kelly Mitsubishi in Peabody, Ma.

The car is nearly brand new and has had no problems, but they are really doing their best to stick it to me and try to make it seem like its my fault all this happened. I know that is their job, but they're being real jerks about it. Buyer beware!

The dealership in question is not Peabody, Ma, its Danvers, Ma

And after I went through fire to get copies of my last two oil changes from my mechanic and mitsubishi has the one before that.. thats my last 3 oil changes and the service manager is still busting my balls about reciepts even before that..... I know its their job to try to find a way out of paying to fix my car.... but there has to be a point where they have to eventually realize 'maybe there really was something wrong with the car, lets get it fixed'

but still, my balls are being busted
