They came out to my house to do the auto repair, where they put the jacks damaged my car. I wrote them up with the BBB and they were being endorsed by Dave Ramsey and wanted me to clear them with that company as well. They wanted to come out and look to see if they did the damage?? Then they guy said he did not do it after inspectiong my whole car which was not the issue of damage. It was easy to put the jacks where he did (((Redacted))) had made the same mistake but at least they paid for thier damaged.
The mobile auto doctors said they will not even allow a write up at the BBB and will Sue me for that. But that is why the BBB is there for bad business from companies. Any way he refused to repair thier damage they done to my car and claim then to be true christians that don't lie and he believed this Sam that looked at my car as truth that he did not do the damage. I knew that by the way he was trying to see where he might of put the jacks else where which were way under the car he knew at that point that he did do this damage but his employer Brian at the mobile auto doctors said if Sam said he did not do it he 100% believes him that he did not do it!
Well i was 6 feet away from my car the whole time that Sam repaired my car and what drew my attention to the jacks on the car doing this damage was some crackling noises from my car. I heard this 3 times before i noticed these jacks where they were. In the wronge place. But since i am the paying custome i am wronge and lying and the repair guy is right and not a lier.
The bad thing is Sam knows he did it when he seen my car and lied to his employer. But the Moblie Auto Doctors stand behind him and his lie! I paid him for his work and they don't pay for damage they do at your home while doing thier repairs.
Plus they will threaten any one who has a complaint of damage or put a complaint on the BBB or contact the Dave Ramsey people. To put in a write up or damageing statemnt of this company.
So they claim they are sueing me for slander to thier company and will get this write up off of the BBB.
Thenk the repair work was not done right they put my brakes all back together and they are uneven and squeel real bad and i paid for new brakes a year ago and they were not like that before mobile auto doctors done other repairs to my car. I told them about this and they have not even called me back. This is not good business either. What ever you do have a camcorder or a camera because they will not allow you to write them up when they are in the wrong nor write them up to tarnish thier name when they are in the wrong and threaten to sue you. Then they also if do a bad repair will not repair it to make it write.
Customers Be Warned you will always come out in the Wrong with this company! Then threatened to be Sued and not get your damages or repairs done as they should be!! Sam this christian who done my repairs one evening was out side and my husband stopped to talke to him as he lives down the block from us, and Sam was going to town mocking all the neighbors who was cheating on who and my husband could not believe that such a good chriatina would do this to his own neighbors. I say he needs to find the real Jesus and stop all the shake and fake.
