Monro Muffler/Brake & Service Shop #104 Monro doesn't know. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

   This is a letter I sent to Monro on their website, they don't have a "complaints" section.

   I recently went to the Monro Muffler/Brake & Service center at 2175 Noblestown Road. Shop 104, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. My receipt copy  at the bottom of the paper is: 21293186. I hear radio advertisements regularly throughout the day about the deal you have the Oil change, 4 tire rotation, brake inspection, and check tire pressure for 19.95. I go in and tell the manager Joesph Bucci that I wanted that deal. And he replied saying Monro doesn't do that anymore.
  
   This is on August 12, 2009. He continues saying they ended that last month (July). I continue to tell him I hear it all day on the radio and that he is wrong. He then says well I will give it to you anyway, as if he is cutting me a break.. meanwhile it is the promotion I hear every day on the radio! He then says that Goodyear and Midias are probably the ones I heard on the radio, as if I was wrong.
 
  So I go home and print out the coupon on this website and bring it in. They didn't even look at the coupon and stabled it to their copy of my file. Ends up being a total of 29.70 (7 for labor, and the extra costs for disposing the oil and all that, the price isn't the problem). I look at my receipt and they did NOT check my brakes like your promotion clearly explains. They only changed my oil and rotated my tires and it does not mention anything about checking my tire pressure either.
 
   Bottom line is I am very unsatisfied with this Monro shop I went to. The manager clearly does not know what he is doing otherwise he would of known the promotion is going on and after I give them my coupon, I see that they didn't even bother to check my brakes? Now yes I understand this is a big company but how is this company going to let this guy give you a bad name.

   I do not intend to use any Monro service in the future, I don't want a coupon (because they probably wouldn't even accept it anyway) or anything I am just letting you know that this shop is horrible and I am a very unsatisfied former customer.
