The exact same thing happened to me when I filed a complaint with the state, she made up some fairy tale story of her own and tried to defamate my character. I filed a report to the BBB to had them check out all the compplaints made against Ms. Noonan and her company practices. I would like to speak to you about this matter! I have taken extreme measures against this business and I believe it is only fair that any other victim has the right to their fair share of the aftermath of this!
