Pepboys did a fuel pump job, when the stater was the promble Cicero Ave Illinois

Was riff off by Pepboys twice in less than one year. Carry my 1995 Chevy Blazer in for repair on 05-20-2008. Was informed that I needed a fuel pump.Which was repaired. On 05-18-2009, was having the same problem.Had to returned on 05-20-2009, then was told by the manager that I needed a starter. Which was the problem in the first place.

They charged me $888.71 in 2008, and another $605.88. They say a senior citizen and a woman walking in. They took advantage of me. I had to get a friend to put the starter on my car, that solved the problem. This is not the end of this. I will carry this further. Have tried several times to call the corparte office, can't get through.
