I went to pepboys for a tire plug, they said it would be 30 minutes. However, every half hour I would ask when it wll be ready they said 15 minutes, this persisted for 2 hours. The manager was very rude when I pointed out he originally said it would only be 30 minutes after 2 hours. What a waste of time. If they were honest I would have done it myself. I will never go back.

Pep boys tries to keep up with complaints. Call the main office and file a complaint there.
it may take a little while but you will get something out of it.
