Phoenix Remanufactued Transmission-Phoenix Hard Parts Advoiding the issues and failing to return any phone call's Phoenix Arizona

Found these guy's on the internet, and living in Phoenix , decieded toi give them a call. Spoke with a "salesman" named Alex, nicest guy, real friendly , helpful, and one of the first people who seemed to have knowledge about the particular trans. I was wanting rebuilt. He told me that If I was to put down $700.00 he could have a tranny ready in just a couple of day's, and so I did.

Three days latter I call, and Alex tell's me my core is no good and for $250.00 he can get me another core. Fortunatly, I happened to have another core myself , so I took it down to them, all the while being treated like an old friend. This Alex seem's like a truely nice guy(so far).

I pick up my tranny, pay $400.00 to have it put in by a cetified mechanic, at a reputal garage, and NO OVERDRIVE. Mechanic tell's me bad rebuild job, take it back to Phoenix Retrans.I call and tell the receptionist my problem and she rings me through to Alex...who never answers,she cuts back in and tell's me she'll have Alex call me back...three time's I do this... no call back. Fourth time she connect's me with a man named Gabriel, whom sounded surprised and said he would get back with me...never did..I finally called him back, and he told me they were trying to trouble-shoot the problem, and hopfully I might not have to remove the tranny from my car, and that he would get back with me. Still hav'nt heard from him. I have tried 3 or 4 time's now to get ahold of either Gabriel or Alex, who are now "on the other line with customers" and if I leave a number , she'll have them call me back. No Response as of yet.

Going to start documenting all attempts, and make a personal apperance at their shop in the next day or two, and will post my results , if any ,when they happen...Wish I had known about Ripoff Report a month ago.
