Same story as all the others, Sent the wrong trans without torque converter, finally sent torque converter, then find it's the wrong trans, send both transmissions to them, wait, call and call, finally get transmission back in same condition sent, lies, lies and more lies from Gabriel, no core refund, Now won't answer phones, email returned, etc etc etc.

I have finally recieved a refund through mastercard, I'm pretty sure Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions has never actually provided a refund on their own (I'm also pretty sure they've never built a transmission that worked). If you're the victim of these thieves, I urge you to do the same. I also urge you to contact the AZ AG, as I understand there is a class action suit being put together.

Also, if you want to put these clowns out of business, I'm asking you all to file a report with IC3 (The FBI's internet fraud division), it only took me maybe 10 minutes, and all reports help to build a case. Their site is http://www.ic3.gov. Let's put these criminals in jail, where they belong!
